Main Ingredients
- 6 pcsScallop
- 38 gGlass Noodle (Soaked)
- 38 gGarlic (Minced)
- 1.5 tbspSesame Oil
- 1 tbspSoy Sauce
- 1.5 tbspKombu Dashi
- 4 gRed Pepper (Thinly Sliced)
Garnish
- 1 stalkScallion (Chopped)
Steps
1) Finely chop scallions. Thinly slice red pepper. Cut soaked glass noodles into 5-8 cm lengths.
2) Mix sesame oil, soy sauce and kombu dashi.
3) Place glass noodles on top of the shells, then red peppers and scallops. Top it off with minced garlic and pour 2 tsp of soy-dashi mixture over each scallop.
4) Fill up water tank before cooking. Select Auto Menu 18 to preheat.
5) Place plate on metal tray on lower shelf after preheating. Select Auto Menu 18 | 15 mins.
6) Sprinkle chopped scallions on top. Serve warm.
