Clover Animal Hospital’s motto is to “always ensure a comfortable environment for pets and their owners.” The hospital has paid particular attention to its interior design to create a comfortable, hygienic environment. Keiichi Ninagawa is director of the hospital, and on occasion his Great Dane accompanies him to work as the hospital’s mascot, contributing to the hospital’s friendly, laid-back atmosphere.
To date, among others the hospital has used ozone deodorising devices in its treatment rooms to remove unwanted odours. Since introducing ziaino® into its waiting room approximately one month ago, airborne odours have noticeably decreased, and Ninagawa has been thrilled with its deodorising capabilities.

Up until now, Clover Animal Hospital has used expensive equipment to regularly generate hypochlorous acid, using its excellent disinfection capabilities for hospital hygiene management. Because he knows the hassle involved with generating hypochlorous acid, Ninagawa has been surprised at the ability of ziaino® to automatically generate the acid in such a small unit and automatically suck in and clean the surrounding air. Daily maintenance is simple too, as basically the only required action is to fill the small tank with water. The unit is also very quiet, making it hard to believe that a complex process is taking place in such a small unit.
Ninagawa thinks that the greatest thing about ziaino® is that it has been designed to be used around people, easily enabling hypochlorous acid-based disinfection and deodorisation in people’s lives. Although more expensive than an air purifier, when considering its performance, it boasts outstanding cost efficiency. Ninagawa, who lives with 7 dogs, is also considering using ziaino® at home.
