Toasted Sourdough & Goats Cheese
Spruce up your afternoon snack into something delicious with this scrumptious sourdough and goats cheese recipe!
Ingredients
- 2 thick slicessourdough bread
- 2 tbspgarlic infused olive oil
- 2 tbspchilli jam
- 2 firm slices ofgoats cheese
- black pepper (for seasoning)
- arugula (for serving)
Steps
STEP 1
Pre-heat your combination oven on Broil 1.
STEP 2
Brush the sourdough slices on both sides with the garlic oil.
STEP 3
Broil one side for about four minutes, until golden and bubbling.
STEP 4
Spread the untoasted sides with chilli jam and top with the goats cheese.
STEP 5
Broil for another 5-6 minutes or until the cheese begins to melt and turns golden and bubbling.
STEP 6
Season with black pepper and serve with arugula.
