Spinach and Tomato Gnocchi
This spinach and tomato gnocchi dish is made in under 7 minutes and perfect for a midweek meal.
Ingredients
- 500 ggnocchi
- 350 gspicy tomato pasta sauce
- 100 gmascarpone cheese
- 50 gbuffalo mozzarella balls
- 100 gfresh spinach
Steps
STEP 1
Put the gnocchi in the dish. Add the mascarpone to the pasta sauce and pour over the gnocchi.
STEP 2
Add the mozzarella balls and cook on Medium microwave for 5 mins.
STEP 3
Remove from the microwave. Stir in the spinach, allowing it to wilt. Return to the microwave and cook on Medium for 1 ½ minutes.
