Salmon with Green Vegetables
Quick, delicious and healthy salmon fillet with vegetables.
Ingredients
- 4salmon filets with skin (á 125g)
- 2small broccoli
- 1red onion
- 4spring onions
- 200 gbaby spinach
- 50 g toastedpine nuts
- vinegar dressing
Steps
STEP 1
Optional: If you have frozen salmon filets, defrost them on 300W for 2-4 minutes in your Inverter Microwave. (Time depends on fish quality and thickness.)
STEP 2
Wash the vegetables and cut them as you like them.
STEP 3
Add the vegetables into your cookware (e.g. onto the supplied Grill tray or a microwave pan) and place the salmon on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle with your preferred seasoning.
STEP 4
Cook the salmon with the vegetables for 5 minutes with 440W microwave power in your Inverter Microwave. Afterwards, cook for another 5 minutes with the grill function.
STEP 5
Refine the dish with some vinegar dressing and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts.
