Quinoa Fritters
Looking for a quick and healthy snack to whack together? Try these delicious quinoa fritters that take under 15 minutes to make!
Ingredients
- 170 gcooked quinoa
- 2medium eggs
- 1grated carrot
- 1small onion (finely chopped)
- 110 gspinach
- 75 gground almonds
- 1 tbspflaxseed
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- 1 handful ofgrated cheese
Steps
STEP 1
Mix all the ingredients apart from the cheese in a bowl and yield into 8 fritters.
STEP 2
Place on a plate and cook using the Micro Power setting for 2 minutes and 20 seconds on a high heat. Check they’re piping hot (be careful not to burn yourself!) and top each fritter with some grated cheese.
STEP 3
Place on the enamel tray and use the Broil setting on a high heat for 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted and enjoy!
