Ingredients
- 50 gshort grain rice (uncooked)
- 160 mlwater
- 400 mlfull fat milk
- 185 mlcoconut milk
- 50 gcaster sugar
- 1 easpoonvanilla extract
- 60 gice cubes plus extra for serving
Steps
STEP 1
Rinse the rice.
STEP 2
Add all the ingredients to the blender jug.
STEP 3
Press the Rice Milk icon.
STEP 4
Allow the liquid to cool before straining through a cheesecloth.
STEP 5
Serve cold with additional ice cubes.
