Ingredients

  • 500 gpumpkin (cut into 2 cm pieces)
  • 100 gwhite onion (cut into 2 cm pieces)
  • 5 ggarlic
  • 350 mlchicken broth
  • 100 gwhipping cream
  • 3 gsalt
  • A dash of pepper
  • A dash of cinnamon
  • A dash of nutmeg powder

Steps

STEP 1

Rinse and cut pumpkin and white onions into pieces.

STEP 2

Put all the ingredients, (except the whipping cream) into the blender jug.

STEP 3

Press the Pudding icon and wait for the process to complete.

STEP 4

Stir in whipping cream.

STEP 5

Soup is ready to serve.
