Jareesh with beef

Ingredients
- 125 gjareesh
- 45 gbasmati rice
- 200 gbeef (cut into 2 to 3 cm cubes)
- 20 gfinely chopped onion
- 80 gyogurt
- 600 mlwater
- 10 gHimalayan salt
- 2 gcumin powder
- Generous pinch of ginger powder
- Generous pinch of coriander powder
- Small pinch of turmeric powder
- Fried onion and ghee for garnishing
Steps
STEP 1
Cut the beef and onions.
Optional: Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the onions and beef cubes, stirring for two minutes. Then transfer them to the blender jug with the remaining ingredients.
STEP 2
Place the cut beef and onions in the blender jug along with the remaining ingredients except the yogurt.
STEP 3
Press the Pudding icon.
STEP 4
Once complete, stir in the yogurt.
STEP 5
Garnish with fried onion & ghee.
STEP 6
Serve hot and enjoy.
