Lentil saffron soup

Ingredients
- 150 gred lentils (masoor dal), rinsed
- 700 mlbroth of choice
- 1 teaspooncumin powder
- Pinch saffron
- Salt and lemon juice for seasoning
- Optional garnish: parsley
Steps
STEP 1
Add all the ingredients to the blender jug.
STEP 2
Press the Lentil Soup icon.
STEP 3
Transfer to a bowl and season with salt and lemon juice.
STEP 4
Garnish with parsley.
STEP 5
Serve hot and enjoy.
