Muhallabia

Ingredients
- 700 mlfull fat milk
- 50 gcorn flour
- 100 gcaster sugar
- 30 mlorange blossom water
- Optional garnish: chopped pistachio
Steps
STEP 1
Whisk the corn flour thoroughly with 1 cup of cold milk until no clumps remain.
STEP 2
Add this mixture along with the rest of the ingredients to the blender jug.
STEP 3
Press the Pudding icon.
STEP 4
Pour the mixture into individual glasses or in one large serving dish.
STEP 5
Allow it to cool at room temperature, then cover with cling film and refrigerate overnight.
STEP 6
Before serving, garnish with chopped pistachios.
