Panasonic Scholarship Program was established in 1998. The program is aiming to provide scholarship opportunities to students who need to have financial aid to pursue their study in local universities.
This year, 2023 Panasonic Scholarship Award Ceremony was held on 5 December 2023 at Ministry of Investment, Trade & Industry. Y.BRS. Puan Mastura Ahmad Mustafa, Deputy Secretary General of Ministry of Investment, Trade & Industry presented these scholarships to the 5 deserving nominees for them to pursue their Bahelor’s Degrees in local universities.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Naoyuki Tada, Chief of CSR & Citizenship Office, Panasonic Holdings Corporation, Ms. Aya Sawada, Assistant Chief of Corporate Citizenship Department, Panasonic Operational Excellence Co., Ltd., Mr. Zulkifli Selamat, Managing Director of Panasonic Industrial Devices Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., Mr. Junji Hosokawa, Managing Director of Panasonic Management Malaysia (a division of Panasonic Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.), Senior Officers from MITI and family members of the nominees.
