Air Fried Chicken & Potato Wedges
Avoid deep fried foods and see how easy it is to prepare crisply chicken and potato wedges with no oil using the air frying auto menus.
Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Drumsticks
- 200 g frozen potato wedges
- 1 cup laban
- 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Ginger Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Granulated Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Chilly Powder
- 1 tsp Chilly Flake
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 1,1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 4-5 Tbsp Corn Flour
Steps
STEP 1
In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients and marinate the chicken in it (preferably overnight)
STEP 2
In a separate bowl, add all the dry spices
STEP 3
One by one, dip and coat all the chicken in the dry coating and set aside.
STEP 4
On a baking sheet in the oven tray, lay all the chicken with some space in between
STEP 5
Put the chicken into the microwave and select auto menu 20 (air fried chicken) and enter the weight of the chicken and press start
STEP 6
Once the chicken is done, lay the frozen potato wedges on baking sheet on oven tray
STEP 7
Put into the microwave and selcect auto menu 19 (fried potato), enter the weight and press start
STEP 8
Garnish and serve
