Roast Chicken
Prepare a delicious roast chicken and veggie dish using the convection mode for the perfect results. Soft and juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside.
Ingredients
- 1 Whole Chicken (600-700gm)
- 1 potato
- 1 carrot
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 200 g Butter
- 1/2 tsp Saffron
- 1 twig Rosemary
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1 tspGinger Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Granulated Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Chilly Powder
- 1 tsp Chilly Flake
Steps
STEP 1
Take the chicken and rub in all of the spices all over the chicken
STEP 2
Cut the vegetables and rosemary into small cubes and stuff them inside the chicken
STEP 3
On a baking sheet/pyrex dish, place the chicken along with the extra vegetables leftover
STEP 4
Set the microwave to Combi 4, and set the time to 30 minutes
STEP 5
Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes
STEP 6
Garnish and serve
