Smoked Tofu with Herb Sides, Baby Spinach and Turnip
This vegan delicacy tastes nice and is a low-calorie protein supplier. We gave it a fine Far Eastern touch with sesame oil and sweet Miyako sauce (available in the Asia section). Bedded on a lot of fresh vegetables, you’ll enjoy the fine roasted aromas of this dish!
Ingredients
- 200 gsmoked tofu
- 3 floretsbroccoli
- 2herb patties
- 200 gbaby spinach
- 150 gyellow turnips
- 3 floretscauliflower
- Salt and Pepper
- 15 mlolive oil
- 2 tspsesame oil
- 2 tspsweet Miyako sauce
Steps
STEP 1
Slice the tofu and place in sesame oil and Miyako sauce.
STEP 2
Wash the vegetables and peel the yellow turnips. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
STEP 3
Put the vegetables in a casserole dish, drizzle with olive oil, and put the tofu on top.
STEP 4
Cook in the microwave on combination steam / grill stage 1 for 7 minutes. Enjoy!
