Potato Soup with Bacon Cubes
This hearty soup is just the thing after a walk in the fresh spring air, and also works great as a quick lunch.
Ingredients
- 2medium-sized potatoes
- 1 bunch ofsoup greens
- 100 gbacon cubes
- 1 tbspbroth
- 350 mlwater
- 20 gmarjoram
Steps
STEP 1
Peel and wash the potatoes. Clean the soup greens and cut everything into small cubes.
STEP 2
Put the potatoes and soup greens into a bowl with all the other ingredients and stir.
STEP 3
Cook covered in the microwave with the combination of 300 watts for 6 minutes and 600 watts for 8 minutes.
STEP 4
Stir the soup and cook for 3-6 more minutes – depending on the desired cooking condition – at 600 watts.
