Paprika Chicken with Steamed Vegetables
This chicken seasoned in herbs and spices with oriental vegetables makes a delicious meal that the whole family will love.
Ingredients
- 50 gbaby French beans (sliced)
- 50 gasparagus (sliced)
- 50 gcarrots (sliced)
- 50 glady’s fingers (sliced)
- 50 gradish (sliced)
- sesame oil (to taste)
- A dash of chicken stock
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- sugar (to taste)
- 200gboneless chicken thigh
Marinade Ingredients
- 1 tbspgarlic (chopped)
- 50 gonions (chopped)
- 1 sprigrosemary
- 1 sprigthyme
- 3 tbsppaprika powder
- olive oil (as needed)
- A dash lemon juice
Steps
STEP 1
Cut the vegetables and season with sesame oil, chicken stock, salt, pepper and sugar.
STEP 2
Marinate the chicken with the remaining ingredients for about 5 minutes.
STEP 3
Pan-fry the chicken for 5-8 minutes on each side to get it nicely browned.
STEP 4
Put the chicken and vegetables on the microwave tray and cook in the combination oven. Cook on High Steam for 8-10 minutes.
