Ingredients

  • 2 tspdry yeast
  • 400 gwhole wheat flour
  • 15 gbutter
  • 1 tspwhite sugar
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 150 g maxseeds (sunflower seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, etc.)

Steps

STEP 1

Take the bread pan out of the breadmaker and add in all the ingredients except for the seeds (top-to-bottom order).

STEP 2

Place the bread pan back into the breadmaker, select program 2 and press start.

STEP 3

When the machine beeps, add the seeds into the bread pan.

STEP 4

Once the bread is done, take it out of the breadmaker and let it cool down.
