Minted Peas
Ingredients
- 1 kgfresh shelled peas
- 1 tspwater
- 1 tspbutter
- 1 tbspchopped mint
- Salt and Pepper
Steps
STEP 1
Combine all ingredients in a 3 litre casserole dish.
STEP 2
Cover and cook on 1000 W for 6 to 8 minutes.
STEP 3
Stir and serve.
Tip: If substituting frozen peas, cook 250g for 5 to 7 minutes on 1000 W.
