Kassler Roll Roast with Carrots and Potatoes
Ingredients
- 500 gkassler roll roast
- 3carrots
- 2large potatoes
- butter
- Salt and Pepper
- 100 gcrème fraîche
Steps
STEP 1
Peel and wash the potatoes and carrots, cut them into cubes and place them in a baking dish.
STEP 2
Place the Kassler roll roast on the vegetables. Put some butter in the dish.
STEP 3
Cook on Broil Level 1 for 10 minutes, and then microwave at 600 watts for 25 minutes.
STEP 4
Let the roast rest for a few minutes.
STEP 5
Add crème fraiche to the vegetables, season and gently crush with a fork.
Tip: Also tastes great with sweet potatoes.
