Junior Granola
The perfect morning granola recipe that will entice your little ones into being excited about breakfast again! This sweet, yet healthy recipe is sure to be a family favourite!
Ingredients
- 175 goats
- 120 gsoft brown sugar
- 0.2 tspsalt
- 50 gsunflower seeds
- 25 gdesiccated coconut
- 2 tbspsunflower oil
- 4 tbspmaple syrup
- 25 gdried cranberries
- 25 graisins
- 25 gdried apricot (finely chopped)
Steps
STEP 1
Preheat the oven on Convection 150 ºC with the enamel tray.
STEP 2
Mix together the oats, sugar, salt, sunflower seeds and coconut. Mix the oil and maple syrup together and stir thoroughly into the oat mixture.
STEP 3
Carefully grease the enamel tray and spread the oat mixture evenly across the tray.
STEP 4
Cook on Convection 150 ºC for 40-45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
STEP 5
Pour the cooked mixture into a bowl and stir in the cranberries, raisins and apricots.
