Ingredients

  • 350 mlwater
  • 1 tspcider vinegar
  • 4 tspvegetable oil
  • 4medium eggs
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 450 ggluten-free flour
  • 1.5 tspyeast
  • 25 gcap mushrooms (soaked)
  • 25 gpancetta (cooked)

Steps

STEP 1

Place all the ingredients into the bread pan in the order listed.

STEP 2

Set the bread maker to the gluten-free program.

STEP 3

When the program has finished, remove from the bread pan and allow to cool before slicing.
