Gluten-Free Mushroom and Pancetta Loaf
Bake this delicious gluten-free mushroom and pancetta loaf any time of the year! This recipe is perfect on its own with some butter, as a part of a delicious sandwich, or dunked into your favourite soup.
Ingredients
- 350 mlwater
- 1 tspcider vinegar
- 4 tspvegetable oil
- 4medium eggs
- 1 tspsalt
- 1 tspsugar
- 450 ggluten-free flour
- 1.5 tspyeast
- 25 gcap mushrooms (soaked)
- 25 gpancetta (cooked)
Steps
STEP 1
Place all the ingredients into the bread pan in the order listed.
STEP 2
Set the bread maker to the gluten-free program.
STEP 3
When the program has finished, remove from the bread pan and allow to cool before slicing.
