2.2 Warranty period:

- 12 months from purchasing date but not exceeding 48 months since production date (purchase date based on financial invoice or date of online warranty registration)
- 36 months from purchasing date but not exceeding 48 months since production date (purchase date based on financial invoice or date of online warranty registration) for products originating in Japan
In the case that customer cannot present purchase invoice or register online warranty, warranty period shall start from the production date

3. Other cases are not covered in warranty condition (warranty cost shall be charged)

3.1. Damage or defect result from improper shipping, miss-use, improper installation, failure to follow the operating instructions, unstable power source voltage fluctuation, poor, dirty and aluminate water supply (applies for home shower, washing machine, steam iron) or damages incurred through irresponsible use, including those resulting from water, dust, animals, insects, etc.
3.2. Damage or defect result from fallen or act of nature, such as fire, lightning, floods, or any other such catastrophic events.
3.3. The serial number on the product and warranty card is not verified as same, or serial number is edited or erased. This warranty does not cover invalid warranty card. Failure to register online warranty.
3.4. Products are not repaired or replaced parts at Customer Service Centre (CS) or Authorized Service Center (ASC) of Panasonic Vietnam Co., Ltd. Product seal is removed.
3.5. This warranty does not cover cabinet of products, or accompanied accessories, such as: battery for remote control, antenna, capable, etc (electronic product), lid, socket, cutter, juice cup, etc (home appliances)
3.6. Improper use not conforming to product manual instructions and safety precautions, or environment conditions more severe than those specified in the manual and specification.

4. Product list which applied home service (For product list which does not apply home service, customer take product by themselves to Panasonic Customer Service Centre or Panasonic Authorized Service Center to request service.)
