What is Aerial Yoga?

Aerial Yoga, one facet of AntiGravity® Fitness and Yoga, originates from New York City and is a new kind of workout discovered by aerial choreographer Christopher Harrison. It is a mix of yoga, Pilates, and dance using a secured hammock for achieving a total body workout.
