TOMATO NABE
with Chicken and Seafood

Flavorful seafood and tomatoes make an excellent balance. And it’s so gorgeous to look at, it will give everyone a healthy appetite.
Ingredients (Serves 4)
・Chicken thigh: 1 piece (300 g)
・Squid: 1 (200 g)
・Shrimp: 8 (160 g)
・Cabbage: ¼ of a head (200 g)
・Broccoli: 1 head (300g)
・Eggplant: 1 (100 g)
・ Yellow paprika: 1 (150 g)
・ Tomato: 1 (200 g)
[Broth]
・ Onion: 1/2 (120 g)
・ Garlic: 2 cloves
・ Olive oil: 2 Tbsp
・ Chopped tomato: 2 1/2 cup
・ Chicken soup: 4 cup
・ Salt: 1/2 Tbsp

01 Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Then, remove the innards of the squid, slice it into rings, and cut the tentacles. Shell and devein the shrimp.

02 Chop the cabbage and tomato roughly, cut the broccoli florets. Then slice the eggplant and yellow paprika, and mince the onion and garlic.

03 Pour the olive oil into the nabe, and stir-fry the onion and garlic. Then add chopped tomato, chicken soup, salt, and bring it to a boil. Add the chicken, squid, shrimp, vegetables, and bring to a boil again. Nabe is ready.

Don’t Waste The Broth: Tomato pasta
Enjoy the broth, which is full of nutrition and flavor, all the way to the end!
Ingredients
・Chicken soup: proper amount
・Spaghetti (dried noodles): 140 g
・Olive oil: 2 tbsp
・Salt: just a bit
・Basil: 8 leaves
・Parmesan cheese: 2 tablespoons
Preparation
Then add the chicken soup to the broth remaining in the nabe, put in the pasta, boil it for about 10-12 minutes, and add the basil, grated cheese, olive oil, and salt. Enjoy!
