Caring for My Family with Panasonic Refrigerator
And a yummy recipe for Fish Taco with Avocado Salsa...
Made with Peachy Adarne of The Peach Kitchen
Days are busier now that it's the start of the year -- I have to step up my game in taking care of my family especially now that we don't have house help anymore. If I'm not blogging on our dining table, you'll most likely find me thinking of our weekly menu or cooking in the kitchen.
peanutbutter♥ (my husband), Ykaie, and Twinkle are big eaters and snackers. That's why taking care of them greatly involves serving them good food. Of course, good food doesn't just mean delicious food. There are a lot more going on in the food that I serve to my family to make sure they get the right amount of care or alaga that I want them to have.
I want them to have food that are not only delicious – but also fresh and nutritious. How do I ensure that even though I only go to the market once or twice a week? Well, Panasonic Refrigerator helps me #ServeUpFreshness every time.
I go to the market on Monday morning with a list and buy everything I need for the week -- meat, fish, chicken, fruits, and vegetables.
Panasonic Refrigerator has Prime Fresh Freezing that keeps all the meat and fish that I buy fresh for 7 days. Unlike regular freezing, -3ºC soft freezing doesn't damage cells, so nutrients and flavors of the meat lasts longer. Since the meat and fish are not frozen hard, it can be cooked immediately without the need for defrosting. They're easy to cut, peel, and season giving me that extra cooking convenience. (wink, wink)
Prime Fresh Freezing’s -3ºC temperature doesn’t damage cells, so nutrients and flavor from food last longer.
I don't have to worry about mold and bacteria inside the refrigerator because it has Ag Clean which is a semi-permanent anti-bacteria feature.

Today, I'm sharing with you one of my family's favorite: Fish Tacos with Avocado Salsa.
Make the garlic cream sauce first by combining all the ingredients together, mixing, and putting it back in the fridge to chill and let all the flavors come together.
Then, the avocado salsa. Same procedure - combine all the ingredients together and put it in the fridge while you go ahead and cook the fish.
Fish Tacos with Avocado Salsa always taste best when ingredients are fresh.
Cooking the fish couldn't be easier, I just took it out of the fridge, seasoned it with salt and pepper, and then pan-grilled it.
There you have it easy peasy delicious and nutritious meal for the family!
Fish Tacos with Avocado Salsa ready to be assembled
You can serve everything on the table and let the family members assemble the tacos on their own as you each talk about your day.
As a mom, this is the best part of my day, hearing what went on with my kids at school, with peanubutter♥ at work, and sharing my own kwento at home and seeing them enjoy and savor the homecooked meal I prepared for them.

I think this is really how us moms show our pagmamahal and alaga to our family -- by preparing and serving them delicious, fresh, and nutritious meals. Kaya nga hinahanap-hanap nila ang lutong-bahay, diba?
