Mixed Fruits Yogurt Bowl
Yogurt contains beneficial bacteria to enhance gut health and it also provides essential nutrients for maintaining bone health including protein, calcium, and potassium.
Ingredients
- 500 mlWarm full cream milk
- 2 tbspYogurt
For topping:
- 0.5 cupStrawberries
- 0.5 cupBlackberries
- 0.5 cup Rock melon, cubes
- 2 nosKiwi, sliced
- 1 cupGranola
- Pomegranate jam (optional)
- Mint leaves for garnishing
Steps
1) Add yogurt into warm milk and stir well. Place milk mixture into Microwave Oven and ferment at 40˚C for 6 hours.
2) Once ready remove from oven. Cover and let it set in fridge overnight.
3) Serve cold with mixed fruits and granola.
