Cajun Shrimp Salad Bowl

Ingredients
- 12 nosShrimp
- 1 tbspOlive oil
- 1 noOrange, cut into segment
- 1 noAvocado, sliced
- 3-4 nos Red cherry radish, sliced
- Handful of salad leaves
- Handful cherry tomatoes, halved
For Cajun seasoning:
- 1 tbspCajun Seasoning
- 1 tspMixed Herb
- 1 tbspOlive oil
- 0.25 tspBlack pepper
Steps
1) Place shrimp onto Microwave Oven baking tray and season shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
2) Preheat and place Cajun Shrimp into Microwave Oven and cook for 7 minutes.
3) Place healthy-fried Cajun shrimp onto serving plate, followed by avocado, cherry radish, cherry tomatoes and salad leaves. Best served with citrus salad dressing.
