Rapid Freezing Seals Freshness & Flavors
Freshness and flavors in food are retained. When food is rapidly frozen in the 1ºC to -5ºC temperature zone, the loss of nutrients through dripping is prevented as ice crystals formed within food are kept small.
The mode has to be set to Fresh Freezing with the control panel.
