While remaining compact enough to fit in the palm of your hand, the LUMIX LX10 combines a fast, F1.4-2.8 lens and 1-inch sensor to provide an incredible power of expression to photo enthusiasts.
Photo creativity is based on light, and begins with the lens.
This crystal-clear F1.4-2.8 24-72mm LEICA DC
VARIO-SUMMILUX lens gives fine details even in low
light, and adds a beautiful bokeh effect for more
impressive shots. With its pocket-sized body and polished
look, the LUMIX LX10 easily captures beauty in everyday
life.
3cm macro shooting
Stunning macro photos can be shot with a minimum focusing distance of 3cm (wide) and
30cm (tele). You can shoot close-ups with the LUMIX LX10 to express the spectacular
details of flowers, insects and so on. POWER O.I.S. (Optical Image Stabilizer) effectively
compensates for the handshake.
A 1-inch 20.1-megapixel High Sensitivity MOS sensor records
high-quality images with stunning details. The rich amount of light
also helps to produce an impressive bokeh effect. The
combination of the High Sensitivity MOS sensor and the Venus
Engine achieves maximum ISO12800 / Extended ISO25600
high-sensitivity recording with stunning picture quality that goes
beyond the limit of compact cameras.
4K video.
Life in vivid detail
Whether you are watching movies or editing videos, 4K
delivers a far more intense viewing experience than you
have seen before. Its native resolution of 3,840 x 2,160
pixels is four times larger than Full HD, resulting in a much
higher level of detail.
• When recording videos in 4K, use a card rated as UHS Speed Class 3.
High speed video in FHD
You can record high-speed videos* at 100 fps in FHD quality. You can capture scenes
that can't be seen with the naked eye, and play them back in dramatic slow motion.
* The recording format is 25p.
4K Live Cropping
4K Live Cropping enables unique video expressions that were previously difficult to
record. Only the recording frame moves while the camera maintains a fixed position. This
allows stable panning, and lets you zoom in on a subject that is not in the image's center
position.
Direct, intuitive control
The aperture ring allows direct, intuitive control of the aperture. This lets you control the rich light source of the LUMIX LX10’s F1.4-2.8 fast lens and large 1-inch sensor.
Dual control of the control ring and rear dial also responds to your shooting intent. In addition to giving you smooth manual control of the shutter speed, zoom and focus, it can be customised to handle your favourite settings.
Tiltable monitor is
as flexible as you are
The large 3.0-inch, approximately 1040k-dot static-type
touch monitor tilts upward by 180 degrees. It enables
dynamic framing for artistic low-angle shots, like when
shooting at nearly ground level, and is highly practical for
selfies. As soon as you flip up the monitor, optimal selfie
settings are automatically made.
Unmissable moments
with 4K PHOTO
Thanks to 4K technology inside the LUMIX LX10, 4K
PHOTO allows you to capture the perfect moment in
30fps, and select your best photo after shooting. Shoot,
select and save. With 4K PHOTO mode on the LUMIX
LX10, make moments, truly unmissable.
Ultra high speed focusing
Capture even the fastest moving action thanks to DFD
(Depth From Defocus) technology. It instantly calculates
the distance to the subject by evaluating two images with
different sharpness levels, and achieves ultra-high-speed
AF and 6 fps burst shooting with AFC.
10 fps burst shooting with AFS is also available.
Shoot now, focus later
Imagine being able to decide exactly what you want in focus, even after you've taken the photo. The Post Focus function gives you the power to do just that. Simply capture the scene,
review the image and touch the part of the photo you'd like to be pin sharp. It's simple, stunning and all inside the camera.
The Focus Stacking function enables you to adjust the focus area after shooting by combining multiple images. You can get an image with exactly the kind of defocus you want or
pan-focus the image by simply selecting the focus area after shooting. This is beneficial when shooting macro shots of insects, small accessories and so on.
Light Composition function synthesises the images by choosing and saving a brighter
pixel. This makes it possible to produce more luxurious, dramatic image of situations such
as fireworks or night scenery in camera with ease.
Focus Bracket / Aperture Bracket
Focus Bracket and Aperture Bracket are newly added to the conventional Exposure
Bracket and WB Bracket. Focus Bracket shoots a maximum of 999 images with different
focus points, and Aperture Bracket lets you take multiple shots with different depths of
field. Select the mode to match the situation or conditions, then choose the best photo
after shooting.
