Hot Tomato Soup
The goodness from plenty of tomatoes releases depths of taste that need minimal extra seasoning.
Ingredients
- 1Onion
- 1Peeled clove of garlic
- 1 tbspOlive Oil
- 800 gTomatoes
- Salt and Black pepper
- 1 tspSugar
- 2 tbspTomato Paste
- Toppings
- 6 tbspSour Cream
- 4Rosemary springs
Steps
STEP 1
Cook onion and garlic in a frying pan until translucent.
STEP 2
Put onion, garlic & olive oil into the Blender Jug and blend for 30 sec to 1 min at Speed 2. Use the scraper while blending.
STEP 3
Add tomatoes, salt, black pepper, sugar & tomato paste.
STEP 4
Blend for 1 min. at speed 2. Use the scraper while blending.
STEP 5
Transfer to a cooking pot and cook at medium heat for 8 mins.
STEP 6
Pour into 4 bowl and add the toppings.
