Air Fried Chicken

Ingredients
- 400 g ofchicken (drumsticks)
- 2garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 2 tsp.ground ginger
- 1 tsp.mixed spice
- 1 pinchkosher salt
- 0.5 tsp.ground pepper
- 30 gplain flour
Steps
STEP 1
Mince garlic in a small bowl, combine with flour, ginger, mixed spice, salt and pepper and mix well.

STEP 2
Coat chicken with the mixture, then place the chicken on metal tray and place inside oven on the wire rack.

STEP 3
Turn the dial to select the program 20 (Fried Chicken) and press the dial to confirm the program.

STEP 4
Turn the dial to enter the weight of the chicken (400g) and press start.

Turn at beeps.
