Panasonic Life Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. Software End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and Panasonic Life Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "PLSIND") regarding the use of the software product provided by PLSIND (hereinafter referred to as the "Software"). By agreeing to this Agreement, the User enters into a contract with PLSIND for the use of the Software.
1. Scope of License - The Software is provided in compliance with the GPL and LGPL licenses. The User shall comply with the terms and conditions of the GPL and LGPL licenses when using the Software. You can get the source codes licensed under GPL and LGPL. For inquiries regarding the contents above, contact window person.
Also, please note that software licensed under GPL and LGPL is not under warranty.
2. Disclaimer - The Software is provided on an "as-is" basis. PLSIND shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software. The User shall assume all risks associated with the use of the Software at their own responsibility.
3. Privacy and Data Protection - PLSIND takes appropriate measures to protect the User's personal information and data. The User's personal information and data will be handled in accordance with PLSIND's Privacy Policy. The User shall review and agree to PLSIND's Privacy Policy.
4. Miscellaneous - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
The above constitutes the EULA that sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of the Software. The Licensee is advised to fully understand and agree to the contents of this Agreement before using the Software.
