Dear Valued Customer,

Please note, there are affected batches of Power Cord Adaptors supplied with these Pet Feeder & Water Fountain models (Panasonic Smart Pet Feeder - Model: CP-JNF01F) and (Panasonic Pet Water Fountain - Model: CP-JNW01FW) that may be defective. The risk is that the defective Power Cord Adaptor plug may detach and expose live terminals (plug pins) posing a risk of electric shock or serious injury by contact.

If you have purchased this product, please take the below steps:

Supplied as part of the following models:

Panasonic Smart Pet Feeder - Model: CP-JNF01FW

Panasonic Pet Water Fountain - Model: CP-JNW01FW

Action required:

If You purchased this product with the affected plug, you should stop using it immediately. You should switch off the power point or breaker first to ensure safety, then remove the plug to check if it is part of the recall. If so, contact Panasonic Australia to organize a replacement AC Power Adaptor and return the recalled AC Power Adaptor to Panasonic Australia.
