Spaghetti
Another family favourite! There is a special twist to preparing this Iranian style Spaghetti recipe using your own freshly ground meat also makes it healthier and more delicious.


Ingredients
- 250 g Beef
- 1 Pack Spaghetti
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Tomato puree
- 2 Tbsp Tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp Chilly Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika Powder
- 1/2 tsp Tumeric
- 1/2 tsp Bay leaves
Steps
STEP 1
Grind the beef cubes using the meat grinder

STEP 2
Then get your frying pan and heat some oil and saute finely chopped onions for 1-3 minutes

STEP 3
Add garlic and saute for another 1-3 minutes

STEP 4
Add in all the spices to the pan, and then add in the ground beef

STEP 5
Fry for 1-2 minutes and then you add in your chopped carrots and chopped bell peppers

STEP 6
Let that fry for 3-4 minutes then add the tomato puree and tomato paste

STEP 7
Let that cook and simmer for about 5-10 minutes

STEP 8
Boil the spaghetti

STEP 9
Once the spaghetti is cooked, in a deep pot, layer the spaghetti and the beef sauce

STEP 10
Let it sit and steam for about 10-15 minutes

STEP 11
Garnish and serve
