Ingredients

  • 4 tbspOlive Oil
  • 0.33 cupGrated Onion
  • 5Garlic Cloves
  • Salt and Pepper (As desired)
  • 2 poundsLamb Meat
  • 1.5 tbspCoriander
  • 0.5 tspCumin
  • 1.5 tspCinnamon
  • 1 tspAllspice
  • 0.5 tspCayenne Pepper
  • 0.5 tspGinger
  • 1 cupTomato Can
  • 1 cupVegetable Stock

TOPPING

  • 3 tbspParsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbspMinced Fresh Mint

Steps

STEP 1

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan over medium to high fire.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until they have a little brown color. Set aside.

Put the ground meat in a bowl, add salt, pepper and the spices. Mix well and with your hand make small balls.

Het 2 tbsp oil in a big frying pan and fry the meat balls on all sides intil they are gloden brown.

Add the chopped tomatoes and the vegetable stock.

Cook for 15 to 20 minutes and stir several times with a wooden spoon.

Taste the sauce to see if you need to add more salt and pepper and serve with the yogurt sauce and the salad.
