Challenge: To improve the waiting room air environment during busy periods
Animal Clinic Pure specializes in treating dogs and cats. Approximately 5 years ago the clinic introduced various equipment for bioresonance therapy, ozone therapy, and medicated baths, providing both general and palliative care for older pets and pets with illnesses and injuries. For pets undergoing advanced and difficult treatments, the clinic has strived to provide care that relieves their pain as much as possible.
Every day, clinic director Maho Cho examines around 20 pets and interacts with local owners. In an era in which pets are also ageing, providing treatments to extend their healthy life expectancy is an important job. This has led to long relationships of trust with local pet owners. To ensure a comfortable clinic environment for these owners, approximately one month ago the clinic introduced a ziaino® product in its waiting room to eliminate odours during busy periods.

Pets today are being looked after in a clean manner, and so while there are rarely issues with the smell of individual pets, in busy waiting rooms, Cho says there were times when the odours of pets and their owners would mix to create an unpleasant smell. The introduction of ziaino® has eliminated this smell and significantly reduced the frequency which the clinic has to ventilate the waiting room. Now it can always welcome owners into an environment with clean, fresh air. Cho is also impressed with how easy it is to regularly add water to the compact tank.
As it is a well-known product in Japan, many of the clinic’s pet owners knew about ziaino®’s air treatment capabilities and have been impressed with its installation in the clinic. As a clinic rooted in the local community, Animal Clinic Pure places the utmost importance on its local reputation. It would be a major advantage for the clinic if word could spread that it has clean, fresh waiting room. In the future, the clinic plans to install ziaino® products in its examination rooms to ensure even more comfortable environments for its pets and owners.
