Lamb Chops with a Mint Jelly Crust
Our Lamb chops with mint jelly crust are perfect for the warmer evening dinners and also perfect for the approaching spring & summer weather. You can make this recipe gluten free by simply following all the same steps but using gluten free bread crumbs.

- Lamb Chops
- Fresh white bread crumbs or gluten free bread crumbs
- Soften butter
- Mint Jelly
- Salt and Pepper
Measurements
- 8 Chops
- 50 g
- 1 Tbsp
- 2 Tbsp
- Enough to slightly season the lamb chops
Method
- Pre heat the oven to 190C
- Place the lamb chops on the metal tray and season with salt and pepper
- Put the bread crumbs, butter and mint jelly in a bowl and mix. Spoon the mixture on top of the chops and cook for 20- 30 mins or until just cooked through.
- Serve with salad or sides of your choice and enjoy!
