Seafood Steamed with Herbs and Lemon

- 200 gclams
- 6mussels
- 2scallops
- 4shrimps
- 80 gasparagus
- 1lemon
- 1lime
- 10 glemon grass
- 15 gginger
- 4 cmgreen onions (white stalks), cut into thin strips
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tspsesame oil
- Cilantro for garnish
Steps
1) Slice the lemon, lime and ginger.
2) Arrange the clams, mussels, scallops, shrimps and asparagus on the grill tray. Scatter the lemon, lime, ginger and lemon grass evenly on top.
3) Heat for 15 minutes using the Steam + Grill mode of the oven.
4) Soak green onions in water for about 10 minutes, then strain.
5) Garnish with green onions and cilantro before serving.
