Panasonic Offers Exclusive Free AC Cleaning Service ahead of Summer in Pakistan

The brand in partnership with select service partners in the country will provide AC cleaning to a limited number of customers booking service over the SMART CARE App until 25^th March, while others will get a 10 per cent discount on the AC cleaning

Panasonic has recently launched Free Residential AC Cleaning service campaign for its customers in Pakistan ahead of summer intending to provide top-notch services and fulfilling its motto of providing healthy living spaces for all. Customers using Panasonic’s service app SMART CARE can register to avail the free service until 31^st March.

More than 800 engineers from over 650 authorized service providers will be part of this nationwide campaign with summer season right around the corner. The brand aims to provide the exclusive service to hundreds of households, to enhance the performance of air conditioners and give customers the best experience of using Panasonic appliances.

The campaign is expected to promote the unmatched customer service, that Panasonic is known for and raise awareness among consumers of the importance of upkeeping AC and other HVAC systems. “For Panasonic, customers always come first. That's why we try to add value by providing rewarding services. Our customers, who are not shortlisted for free services, will get a 10 per cent discount on AC cleaning service booked on our SMART CARE app upon contacting the service centres. We are committed to delivering good quality products and professional services to the consumers, therefore, providing such preventive maintenance service ensures and creates awareness that products need periodic service to safeguard longevity,” commented Anthony Peter – Director, Customer Service Division, Panasonic Marketing Middle East and Africa.

Launched during the first-ever online customer service strategy conference last year, Panasonic SMART CARE App connects customers, dealers, and service centres to communicate all service-related matters and claim warranty seamlessly. The App is a one-stop window to manage your Panasonic product warranty and service request accessible at your fingertips. The user-friendly app is compatible with Android and iOS devices.

The free AC cleaning service is provided only for installed residential ACs, while Commercial AC / VRF AC are not covered in this offer.
