Change Device Password

When adding a new air conditioner or ventilator device to the Comfort Cloud App, you will be prompted to create a device password. If you wish to change the device's password later on, follow the steps below.

As the administrator, you allowed User A to connect to the air conditioner or ventilator device as an additional user. By changing the device’s password, additional users will be removed automatically.

Note: This password is required when adding additional users to access the device through the Panasonic Comfort Cloud App.

Step 1
Tap the “Menu” button on the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Step 2
Tap “Owner” to expand the menu. Then tap “Change password”.

Step 3
After checking it is correct device, enter the old password. Then, enter new password and tap “Register”.

If you have forgotten your device password, tap “When you forget your device password, click here”.

Note : If you reset/initialized your device, all previous data and settings will be lost.
