Add Your Unit to Comfort Cloud App for
AQUAREA air to water heatpump

The following steps are to set up the connection between AQUAREA air to water heatpump and the Comfort Cloud App.

What you need to get started​:

• An AQUAREA air to water heatpump with a network adaptor.
• A smartphone/tablet that runs on Android or iOS.
• Latest version of the Panasonic Comfort Cloud App – Android | iOS
• A router that supports 2.4GHz or 2.4GHz/5GHz band.
• An Internet connection.

Sign in to the Comfort Cloud App

Sign in to the Panasonic Comfort Cloud App using either your Panasonic ID or your Apple/Google Account. View sign-in steps here.

Choose the setting mode

Step 1
Tap the “+” icon.

Choose "Air to water heat pump".

Check the model name written on the label attached to the side of the adaptor.

Check the Device ID written on the label attached to the side of the adaptor.
Enter the device ID and press "Next".

Check the status of the Link LED. During the initial registration, the LED should be off or blinking, so select "Link LED is OFF" or "Link LED is blinking" and tap "Next."

* If the LED is lit, it means the adaptor is already connected to the network. In that case, select "LINK LED is lighting." and tap "Next". Then, proceed to Step 11.
* If you would like to reset the network setting, press "WPS" button and "Check" button on the adaptor simultaneously for 10 seconds continuously.

Check the color of the Status LED and choose the "Wireless mode". Then tap "Next".

* If you would like to change the network mode, press and hold the Check button for 10 seconds until the Status LED changes the color.

Choose "Automatic setting" and tap "Next".

1. Push the WPS button on the internet router.
2. Press the WPS button on your network adaptor.
3. Wait a while until the Link LED changes from blinking to on. Then tap "Next".

Check if the Status LED is blinking or not. If it is blinking, tap "Next".

*If the Status LED is not blinking, press the Register/Reset button on the adaptor.

Set the device password of 8-15 characters with letters and numbers. Then tap "Next".

* The device password will be required for the registration of additional users.
* If you are the second user, ask the device password to the owner user.

Set the name of your unit, Zone1, and Zone2. Then tap "Register".

Registration is completed! Tap "Start Using".

Tap it to access your Wi-Fi settings.
Make sure your smartphone/tablet’s Wi-Fi is connected to
[Panasonic-***-******].

Or if you see a message asking ["Comfort Cloud" Wants to Join Wi-Fi Network "Panasonic-***-******”?], tap "Join".

1. Enter your network SSID and password, and tap "Send to adapter".
2. A popup asking if Comfort Cloud can join your network will appear, so allow it.
3. When the Link LED is lit, tap "Next".
