Enhancing QOL for palliative care
Our palliative care unit is the first such facility in the region, and our 16-bed medical treatment environment consists of all private rooms in consideration of privacy. We installed the ziainoTM in our common room and operate it 24 hours a day to enable our patients and their families to spend their time here comfortably and peacefully. We sometimes use the ziainoTM in private rooms where odors tend to linger, and have found that its deodorization effects seem to improve QOL (quality of life) for patients.
