High-precision FMCW LiDAR
Panasonic has developed a high precision FMCW* LiDAR.
Our prototype using a proprietary signal processing technique demonstrates distance measurement with mm-accuracy and velocity detection.

A LiDAR installed near the junction detects the speed and position of the vehicles on the main road.
The information is transmitted to the car to find a space to slot in.

By measuring the velocity using a LiDAR, the camera accurately determines the shutter timing.
