These colourful skewers make a wonderful party platter! Apart from chicken, other variants such as prawns and fish cubes can be threaded too!

  • 1chicken breast, halved, cut into bite sizes
  • 2 tbspMcCormick Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning
  • 1 tspMcCormick Black Peppercorn Grinder
  • Dash of McCormick Sea Salt Grinder
  • 1 tbspOlive oil
  • 100 gcherry tomato
  • 200 gpumpkin, cut into chunks
  • 1green zucchini, cut into think slices
  • 1red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 tbspMcCormick Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning
  • Dash of McCormick Black Peppercorn Grinder
  • Dash of McCormick Sea Salt Grinder
  • 1 tbspOlive oil

Satay Stick
(If using wooden skewers, soak the skewers in water for at least 15-30 minutes so they don’t burn on the grill.)

Steps

1) Preheat Panasonic Cubie Oven to 180°C on convection mode.

2) Marinate chicken with McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning, freshly cracked McCormick Black Peppercorn, McCormmick Sea Salt and olive oil. Set aside for 15 minutes.

3) In a large bowl, combine cherry tomato, pumpkin, zucchini, onion. Season with McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning, black pepper, sea salt and olive oil. Toss well.

4) Thread the meat and vegetables onto the skewers.

5) Place them onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

6) Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cook.

7) Serve and enjoy!
