Equipped with Intelligent 80x Zoom/Optical 50x Zoom, these models can capture even the images of craters on the moon in Full-HD image quality. The V520 Series lets users easily shoot distant subjects that are too far away to capture clearly with conventional zoom functions.

5-Axis HYBRID O.I.S. +
with Level Shot Function

The V520 is also equipped with Level Shot Function, in addition to the 5-Axis HYBRID O.I.S. +. Level Shot Function automatically detects and corrects the tilting of captured images. It records more horizontal images even if when shooting in an unstable or awkward position such as low-angle or high-angle shooting.

Real Time Broadcasting

Built-in Wi-Fi function enables Real Time Broadcasting of important events via Ustream. This lets you deliver live images to people with Internet access around the world. There is also a function to send e-mail to notify the start of broadcasting to preregistered e-mail addresses.

One-Touch Connection
with NFC

Without bothersome initial settings, NFC (Near Field Communication) lets you connect a smartphone or tablet to the camcorder in one touch.

Even without NFC, you can use QR code to make Wi-Fi^® settings quickly and easily.

Home Monitoring

Remote Shooting

By using the dedicated Panasonic Image App, you can remotely check audio recording, zoom IN/OUT and shutter ON/OFF, while viewing the live image on a smartphone or tablet.

Highlight Playback
and Easy Share

You can enjoy Highlight Playback with a smartphone or tablet right after shooting. Favorite scenes can be shared on SNS with simple drag and drop operation.

Wireless TV Playback

An access point at home can be used to transfer data wirelessly to the TV or a tablet in the living room, or other rooms in the home. You can play back images on the large-screen display*.

* The wireless access point (router) is required.

Eye-Fi Compatible

By using the Eye-Fi™ card, you can save files recorded on the card on a PC, or upload them to SNS via a wireless network. You can also directly transport the data to your device (smartphone, tablet etc.) without connecting another access point.

• The functions of the Eye-Fi™ card (including wireless transmission) are not guaranteed to work on this product. In the case of a malfunction of the card, please contact the card manufacturer.
• To use the Eye-Fi™ card, permission from the national or regional government is required. Do not use if you have not obtained permission. If you are unsure as to whether use is permitted, please check with card manufacturer.
• Install the software supplied with the Eye-Fi™ card in advance on your PC, and configure the Eye-Fi™ settings. (For settings methods etc., please read the card operating instructions or consult the card manufacturer)

3.0-inch Wide Touch LCD

The easy-to-view 7.5 cm / 3.0" wide LCD screen allows intuitive fingertip touch-operation. When shooting, you can use Touch Shutter to automatically focus when shooting still images by simply touching the subject on the screen. For playback, you can also change thumbnail pages by sliding a fingertip across the screen. You get smooth, intuitive operation and don't have to take your eyes off of the LCD screen.

This powerful function senses the shooting conditions and automatically makes the settings and activates functions that deliver optimal results. In addition, the iA Plus Mode enables you to adjust exposure compensation and white balance by just push the button on the LCD.

2D/3D Conversion

Images that were shot in can be easily transformed into 3D images with the 2D to 3D Conversion function, by simply connecting the camcorder to a 3D-compatible TV with an HDMI cable.
