Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil 1 Inch Ginger
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Tumeric
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Crushed Ice
- 1,1/2 Banana
Steps
STEP 1
In blender add banana, coconut oil, ginger, cococut milk, cinnamon, tumeric and ice.
STEP 2
Add Honey
STEP 3
Blend on speed 2 for 30 seconds
STEP 4
Garnish and serve cold
