Tomato Pizza Filled with Meatballs

Ingredients
- 200gBeef
- 100gTomato sauce
- 15gGrated cheese
- Olive oil as desired
- 80gOnion
- 1sheetpre-baked pizza shell
- 2tspNutmeg
- Salt to taste
- 10gBlack olive
- 65gPizza cheese
- Pinch of all spice
- Pepper to taste
Steps
STEP 1
Grind the beef in the meat grinder (coarse cutting plate).
STEP 2
Add minced onion, nutmeg, allspice, salt and pepper, and mix well.
STEP 3
Divide into 16 portions and round into balls.
STEP 4
Pour olive oil into a heated frying pan, then stir-fry the ingredients from step 3 over medium heat until they are slightly browned.
STEP 5
Put tomato sauce, the ingredients from step 4, sliced black olives, pizza cheese, and grated cheese onto the pizza shell, and bake in the oven preheated to 200ºC for 10-12 minutes until browned.
STEP 6
Cut each one in half and arrange onto a serving plate. Garnish with mesclun.
