The Active Mode is equipped with LUMIX FZ80 that encourages active video recording at wide angle such as shooting while walking without causing deterioration of image quality.

1cm Macro Shooting

RAW Data Development in Camera

4K Live Cropping

4K Live Cropping enables unique video expressions that were previously difficult to record. Only the recording frame moves while the camera maintains a fixed position. This allows stable panning, and lets you zoom in on a subject that is not in the image's center position.

High Speed Video in HD

You can record high-speed videos* at 100fps (For NTSC area: 120fps) in HD quality. You can capture scenes that can't be seen with the naked eye, and play them back in dramatic slow motion.

* The recording format is 25p (For NTSC area: 30p) .

Ultra High Speed Focusing

Capture even the fastest moving action thanks to DFD (Depth From Defocus) technology. It instantly calculates the distance to the subject by evaluating two images with different sharpness levels, and achieves ultra-high-speed AF and 6 fps burst shooting with AFC.
10 fps burst shooting with AFS is also available.
