High Image Quality and Sensitivity with a 1.0-type (inch) 4K Sensor

An effective 1.0-type (inch) sensor (approx. 9.46 megapixels at 4K 24p and 8.79 megapixels at UHD, FHD) is balanced with depth of field, picture quality, and sensitivity. This enables multi-format 4K 24p, UHD 60p/50p and FHD 60p/50p recording.

In addition to the industry's widest 24mm wide angle, models with the 1.0-type (inch) sensor feature the world's first** optical 20x zoom. Using a 4-Drive Lens System to drive each of four lens groups achieves both the optical 20x zoom and a compact body.

For critical 4K focusing, high-speed, precise, and stable AF performance is achieved by a Micro Drive Focus Unit. AF settings can also be customized to adjust speed, tracking sensitivity, and area width. This matches the user's intended AF operation to the subject and application.

Advanced O.I.S.

Clear, Blurless Results

The correction area was expanded to 900%* of the conventional area** to strongly correct low- and high-angle shots. In FHD mode, a 5-Axis HYBRID O.I.S. + that adds electronic image stabilization to optical image stabilization detects and corrects 5 axes.
